SWH are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic Framework Manager to join the team.
Working with the Divisional Manager you will be responsible for identifying client requirements and managing all aspects of the client framework.
We will rely on you to build motivated and cohesive teams, focused on meeting and exceeding project requirements, whilst ensuring adherence to cost, time and quality of requirements.
As the Framework Manager you will play a key role as the collaborative lead, building positive and effective relationships with the client, exploring early contractor involvement opportunities, managing performance, and providing valuable technical and buildability advice.

We can offer a challenging and rewarding role to someone who can demonstrate:
• Operational experience within highways and civil engineering
• A strong understanding of construction management and operational processes to present engineering solutions
• Demonstrable experience within a strategic network
• Proven success in programme management in line with NEC
• An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
